I saw several staff members emptying trash cans, cleaning surfaces, wiping down machines. The air conditioning inside is very comfortable, not too hot, not too cold. No smoking allowed, they have a smoking patio, but most people just hang outside the exits, which is annoying. This sparkling casino outside is also sparkling clean inside. These reviews crack me up… I lost money, so this casino sucks. We will go there occasionally, but will go back to Talking Stick for the Game King machines that have all the games we like to play. If they were there, we didn’t see them and that is what we were looking for specifically. Our main disappointment was because they didn’t offer a variety of video Keno machines with multi-Denominations or Four Card Keno. Walkways are narrow between the banks of machines. The casino is nice looking and has a diverse selection of some fun looking slots.
No button to push to automatically open door for those who need it.
They offer a wheelchair ramp and then have two sets of doors that you have to manually open to get in. We parked on the third floor and were surprised at the entrance, not ADA friendly at all. Ground floor parking is a single garage, no way to go up to the next levels unless you go back out and up the ramp. We had such high hopes and have been waiting for it to open. We went to the new casino a couple of days after they opened and were disappointed.
